If you are looking for a portable bass cajon drum, look no further.

The 14” CajonTab®️ is the biggest CajonTab we make. If we made it any bigger it would be a full size cajon!

 This drum is big enough to produce impressive sternum-thumping bass, but is still lightweight enough to carry and includes a free strap.  The external snare can be added or removed just like our other CajonTabs.  This drum may also be mounted on a snare stand.

  • What are the dimensions and diameter of sound hole

    It is approximately 4.5 inches in diameter.  We have tested it with a product called a CajonPort® (third party product) and the port fits very well.  The sound hole on our bass edition is actually the same as on our full size cajon drum.

  • What is this cahon made from?

    The frame and back panel are birch.  The playing surface is mahogany/poplar ply.  Thanks for asking!
