Order Processing Time



All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed after business hours will begin processing the next business day.

If your item arrives damaged or if we made an error with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

If the issue is due to our mistake or a manufacturing defect, we will correct it at no cost to you, including return shipping if necessary.

We offer a 60-day return window from the date of delivery.

If you decide the product isn’t right for you for any reason, you may return it within 60 days.

Return shipping costs for non-defective items are the customer’s responsibility.
