What is the normal width of a 12” Pro verses this one specified as wide core. Also do add on get a 15% discount.
The "wide core" refers to the central piece of wood in the frame, which is about 2" wide. The overall width is about the same as the other Pro Series, around 4 inches.

No, it is more of an aesthetic design change than an acoustic one.
